Does the selected shipping service apply to my country and how long will it take?
Free shipping is offered to most countries such as the USA, Canada and United Kingdom. Processing takes 1–2 weeks; DPD delivery to the USA, Canada and United Kingdom is about 2 weeks, expedited service for small pieces is 1–2 weeks, and EMS for big but light products is 2–4 weeks. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you receive an email with a tracking number. Use 17track.net or contact [email protected].
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order for free within 48 hours. Once it has shipped, it cannot be canceled; the existing Refund & Return Policy describes the stated charge.
What if I receive a damaged item?
The live FAQ explains treatment for broken glass, dented shades or frames. Contact [email protected] before sending anything back.
When will I receive a refund?
After a return is received, funds can take up to 5 working days to reach the original payment method (PayPal 1–2 days; credit card 3–5 days).
Can the lamp be dimmable?
For lamps using bulbs such as E27, E14 or G9, you can choose a dimmable bulb. LED-chip lamps may offer warm, cool and dimmable versions.
Can I have a longer cable?
The live FAQ states most lamps use a 150 cm cable; a longer cable within 800 cm can be requested when placing an order.
Which voltage is available?
The live FAQ lists 110–120V and 220–240V options by country. Check the product details for the selected lamp.
